By using Super's Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

By creating an account, you agree to our terms of service.

2. Services Provided

Super's Network provides user accounts, public API access, and hosting services for Discord bots and Minecraft servers all provided hosting services can be used for personal or commercial use.

3. User Accounts

• We collect and store your personal data including your username, email, and hashed password.
• Your password is encrypted to ensure security. We take your privacy seriously and strive to protect your personal information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Do not share your login credentials.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity.
• Abuse or harass other users.
• Attempt to access or interfere with systems without authorization.
• Upload illegal, NSFW or Explicit Content is strictly prohibited.

If you are found to be uploading illegal, NSFW or Explicit Content. images, videos or files to our platform. We reserve the right to terminate your account and all accesses to our public API and are the associated services.

5. API Usage

Our public API is intended for reasonable and non-abusive use. We may throttle or revoke access if misused.

6. Minecraft Server Rules

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
• Respect other players
• Griefing is not allowed unless the server mode permits it

7. Limitation of Liability

Super's Network is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages, loss of data, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
